For all items purchased from it is possible to place a return request. Returns and exchange of goods are always free for all our customers resident in Europe. If you live outside the European Union, please read under our conditions!


What conditions to make the return? Here they are:

• Return requests for an exchange or refund must be placed within 30 days from the day you have received the order.

• Products must be in original and unused condition. Please try on your YATAY in a clean, carpeted area ;)

• Please keep the original packaging: all returns must include the original shoebox in good condition.


How to make the return? Nothing simpler:

Register to our website, or log in, if you have already done it during the purchase.

• Go to the "Orders" section and request online return: you can choose to obtain a refund, or to change your article/s with another/s

• Within 24h you will receive an email confirming acceptance of your request, with a copy of the summary with the details of the return. Print it and insert it in the package that will be picked up by the courier


Timing and methods of refund and exchange of goods

Once received the return at our headquarters, we will verify the conditions of the article. If these comply with our return policy, depending on customer's request we will proceed either with the change of the item and its subsequent shipment, or with the refund.

• Refunds

We will issue the refund to the original payment method, usually within 1 working day (from the day the article has been received at our office). Refunds will appear in the bank account of the customer within 10 working days depending on your bank/card issuer.

• Exchanges

All items subject to a change will be sent to the address indicated by the customer at the time the order was placed, using the same delivery address of departure unless otherwise stated at the time of the request. In case of goods exchange, you will receive an email notification that will notify you of the shipment of the new item. Returns of damaged/incorrect articles may result in a fee or refusal of the exchange/refund.


Customers resident in Europe

Returns made by customers resident in Europe are free of charge and charged to YATAY and so is the shipping of new items in case of an exchange. Once received the return request, the customer will receive an email notification about the status of the request. In case of an exchange, the customer will be contacted by our shipping department to organize the pick-up of the returning article(s) and the shipping of the new one(s) - receiving also the corresponding waybill that will be affixed to the package itself.


Customers residing outside of the European Union

Customers residing outside of the European Union are responsible for the shipment and the shipping fees of the return unless the article is incorrect, faulty or damaged upon arrival. The customer can proceed with the return using a shipping service of his choice. If it is not a request for refund but for exchange of goods, the shipment of the new item is charged to YATAY. The customer is responsible for the item/s for which he wants to make the return until it arrives at our warehouse.



We try to ensure that your goods arrive free from defects. However, if should you receive items that are faulty or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after delivery. We will arrange for a free courier return service in such cases. When a complaint is made an investigation of the product is carried out, in some cases we will send your complaint for further investigation to the supplier. Your feedback is extremely important to us, therefore we ask you to contact us and give us your opinion or express your concerns.
